Sekiranya anda sudah melanggan data atau pelan panggilan sedia ada, pembelian pelan Prabayar baharu akan mengganti data atau pelan panggilan sedia ada. Segala kuota atau minit yang tidak digunakan akan hilang.

 

Cth. Segala kuota dan minit yang tidak digunakan untuk UMI 50 sedia ada akan hilang apabila UMI 30 dibeli. Anda hanya berhak mendapat data dan minit UMI terkini yang dibeli.

Apa yang berlaku jika langganan saya gagal?

Ada 2 senario:

- Sekiranya pembayaran diterima tetapi pengesahan gagal, bank akan menghantar pengembalian dana ke akaun bank pelanggan dalam masa 3 hari bekerja.

- Sekiranya, pada bila-bila masa, langganan gagal disebabkan oleh keadaan yang tidak dijangka, akaun pelanggan akan dikreditkan secara automatik dengan jumlah tambah nilai dan disarankan untuk melanggan secara manual melalui aplikasi mudah alih U Mobile, UMB 118 atau SMS.

 

 

Is there any difference from purchasing a prepaid plan via online banking/e-wallet channels compared to other channels?

Online channel – only 1 step required which is purchase and subscription will be done automatically from backend.


Other channels – 2 steps required which is purchase top up and subscribe to the plan manually by subscribers.

If I’m subscribing to a Prepaid plan for a 3rd party, do I need consent?

If you are subscribing to a Prepaid plan for a third party, you are solely responsible to inform the third party that you are subscribing to the Prepaid plan on behalf of him. U Mobile will not be responsible for any complaints made by the third party.

Do I need to subscribe again the following month should I wish to continue the data plan?

 

 

Your subscription will be auto-renewed (subject to minimum balance in your prepaid account to renew your UMI plan) based on your 1st service activation date. You will receive SMS notifications 2 days and 1 day before your auto-renewal is due, and another SMS when your subscription is renewed.

Yes, you can. But the existing rate plan will be terminated as it is still bonded to an active contract. You will be liable for any charges, you must also settle all outstanding charges and ETP (early termination payment) applies, under the existing rate plan before the subscriber can proceed to sign up for iPhone @ RM48 Promotion.

What kind of savings can I get when I buy any Apple iPhone model with iPhone @ RM48 Promotion?

Anda perlu membayar baki harga telefon (Harga Jualan U Mobile) kira-kiranya adalah seperti berikut:

 

Baki caj = (Harga Jualan U Mobile - Harga telefon semasa tempoh promosi) / Tempoh komitmen X jumlah baki bulan.

 

Jumlah baki bulan adalah termasuk bulan yang anda batalkan pakej telefon tersebut.

 

Contoh: Jika anda membeli Samsung A02 pada RM0 dengan Promosi ini dan membatalkannya pada bulan ke 5, harga jualan U Mobile adalah RM399, anda perlu membayar U Mobile [(RM399-RM0)/12]*8 = RM266.

What happens after my Free ULTRA5G Tourist eSIM ends?

Once your Free ULTRA5G Tourist eSIM ends, you will no longer have access to mobile data. Your SIM and phone number will still stay active for 14 days, and you can continue receiving local incoming calls for free during this period.

 

If you want to keep using mobile data, simply go to the MyUMobile App and purchase an Add-On under the Add Ons tab.
