      Absolutely. Our Business team can help assess your needs and recommend the plan best suited for your usage, office size, and growth goals. Simply leave your contact details on our website, and an Account Manager will get in touch for a free consultation.

      What will I receive if I decide to subscribe?

      You will receive a business-grade Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 router, along with professional installation by our team. Optional add-ons, such as a static IP, are also available.

      Do I need to pay for the U Biz Fibre installation?

      No. Standard installation is provided at no additional cost. If you require non-standard work, such as hidden cabling, additional charges may apply. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to discuss your preferences and the cost directly with the contractor.

      Can I use my own hardware, such as mesh Wi-Fi?

      Yes, you may use your own Wi-Fi router. You will need to perform the configuration yourself.

      I’m an existing U Biz Fibre customer. Can I upgrade my plan during the contract period?

      Yes. You may upgrade your plan at any time. A new 24-month contract term will apply to the upgraded plan.

      Can I downgrade or terminate my plan during the contract period?

      No, downgrading or cancelling your plan during the contract period is not allowed. An early termination fee of RM500 or the remaining contract value – whichever is higher – will apply.

      I’m new to U Biz Fibre. Are there any limited-time offers available?

      Yes. From time to time, we run exclusive promotions, such as up to 12 months free service or monthly fee rebates. Please contact us or visit our website to view the latest offers.

      How do I sign up for U Biz Fibre?

      You can leave your contact details on our website or visit any U Mobile branch. Our Account Manager will then contact you to guide you through the next steps.

      1. Is 5G OFFICE PLUS a 5G-ready plan?

        Yes. 5G OFFICE PLUS subscribers with compatible 5G devices can enjoy the full potential of our 5G network, subject to coverage availability.

      2. What is the 5G OFFICE PLUS Plan?

        It is our ultra-fast 5G & 4G broadband subscription service with unlimited high-speed data.

      3. What speeds can I expect from 5G OFFICE PLUS?

        5G OFFICE PLUS offers uncapped speeds and you will get the fastest possible speeds available on our network.

      4. Can I share the data through Hotspot and what is the quota allocation for Hotspot?

        Yes, you can share the 5G OFFICE PLUS data through Hotspot with no device restrictions. Standard data allowance and Fair Usage Policy apply.

      5. Does 5G OFFICE PLUS (SIM-only) come with a router?

        No. The 5G OFFICE PLUS SIM-only plan does not include a router. Customers who require a 5G router may opt for the 5G OFFICE PLUS with Router plan, which comes with a 24-month contract.

      6. Can I view my data usage?

        Yes. You can check your data usage via the MyUMobile App or BusinessCare Portal.

      7. Can I change my current Postpaid plan to 5G OFFICE PLUS?

        You cannot convert a standard Postpaid mobile plan to 5G OFFICE PLUS. If you have an existing Wireless Broadband (WBB) plan, you may migrate subject to T&C, including settlement of any outstanding payments.

      8. What devices are compatible with 5G OFFICE PLUS?

        5G OFFICE PLUS works with 5G and 4G LTE devices such as routers, modems, smartphones, tablets, smart cameras, and GPS trackers. Please ensure your device is compatible before purchase. U Mobile is not responsible if your device does not support the service.

      9. Does my 5G OFFICE PLUS plan come with SMS and Voice/Video call?

        No. 5G OFFICE PLUS is strictly for data usage only.

      10. Can I use the data from my 5G OFFICE PLUS plan overseas?

        No. This plan is for domestic usage only, within Malaysia.

      11. Is there any contract tied with the subscription?

        SIM-only plan has no contract. You may cancel anytime without penalty.
        Plans with Router require a 24-month contract.

      12. Is there any speed cap for 5G OFFICE PLUS?

        5G OFFICE PLUS comes with uncapped speeds. Note that we will manage your surfing speeds if any abuse or unusually high usage occurs.

      13. Is P2P allowed on 5G OFFICE PLUS?

        No. P2P and torrenting are not allowed on this plan.

      14. Are there any speed restrictions with 5G OFFICE PLUS?

        We may restrict your speeds if we detect abuse or unusually high usage above 1,500GB.

      WebGuard
      1. What is WebGuard?

        WebGuard is a built-in security feature that helps block access to harmful, malicious, scam, and inappropriate websites when using the 5G OFFICE PLUS plan.

      2. What types of websites does WebGuard block?

        WebGuard may block websites related to scams, phishing, malware, illegal content, spam, and adult content. The list of blocked categories may be updated from time to time.

      3. Does WebGuard guarantee complete protection?

        No. WebGuard helps reduce exposure to online threats but may not block all harmful websites and may occasionally block safe sites. It does not replace antivirus software or other security solutions. WebGuard may also not function properly if your device, browser, or apps use custom DNS or special network settings.
      Unlimited Biz Apps
      1. What is Unlimited Biz Apps?

        Unlimited Biz Apps is a bundled feature that allows selected business apps to be used without consuming your 5G OFFICE PLUS data quota.

      2. Which apps are covered under Unlimited Biz Apps?

        Selected apps include TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Office apps, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Chat, Zoom, and WhatsApp. The list of supported apps may change from time to time. App usage is detected by the system and may vary slightly from actual usage.

      3. Will all my app usage be unlimited?

        No. Only usage from the designated apps above is excluded from your data quota. All other apps and services will continue to consume your plan’s data allowance.

        This is a bundled service where you subscribe to 5G OFFICE PLUS with a 5G Router. The Router is included as part of the bundle and comes with a 24-month commitment period.

        You must be 18 years or older, a Malaysian citizen, within the service coverage area, and have no outstanding payments to U Mobile.

      2. Can existing 5G OFFICE PLUS SIM-only subscribers add a Router?

        Yes. Existing SIM-only subscribers may upgrade to the Router bundle through any Enterprise Channel, subject to the 24-month commitment period.

      3. Can U Mobile change the eligibility criteria?

        You may walk in to the nearest U Mobile Service Centre, contact your Enterprise Account Manager, or your Enterprise Partner.

        Yes. If the bundle is terminated before the 24-month commitment, you will be charged the remaining contract balance as an Early Termination Fee.
      Troubleshooting
      1. I forgot my Wi-Fi password. How can I retrieve it?

        The Wi-Fi password is printed on a sticker under the Router.

      Warranty & Returns
      1. How long is the Router covered by warranty?

        The Router is covered for 24 months from the date of bundle activation.

      2. How do I make a warranty claim?

        Contact your Enterprise Account Manager, Enterprise Partner, or our Customer Service team at 018-388 1318 to process your warranty claim.
      Is there a contract period for the 5G OFFICE PLUS Fixed IP add-on?

      No, there is no fixed contract period for the Fixed IP add-on.

      How much does the Fixed IP add-on cost?

      The Fixed IP add-on for 5G OFFICE / 5G OFFICE PLUS is charged at RM50 per month.

      What happens if I terminate my 5G OFFICE or 5G OFFICE PLUS plan?

      If your 5G OFFICE PLUS plan is terminated, the Fixed IP service will be terminated automatically. To continue using Fixed IP, you must maintain an active 5G OFFICE PLUS subscription.

      Do I need to configure my device to use the Fixed IP?

      No. The Fixed IP will be assigned automatically once your device is connected to the network.

      How do I check if my Fixed IP is working?

      You can verify your assigned Fixed IP by visiting a public IP checker website (e.g. whatismyipaddress.com). The IP shown should match your assigned Fixed IP.

      What should I do if my Fixed IP is not working?

      If you encounter issues, please:

       

      • Ensure your device is connected to the network
      • Restart your router and try again
      • Contact the U Business Support team at enterprise.support@u.com.my for assistance
      Is U Biz 5G a 5G-ready plan?

      Yes, it is. U Biz 5G subscribers with compatible 5G devices (Router, Modem or Mobile phones) can experience the full potential of our 5G network subject to availability.

      What is the U Biz 5G Plan?

      It is our new ultra-fast 5G & 4G broadband subscription service with unlimited high-speed data.

      What speeds can I expect from U Biz 5G?

      U Biz 5G offers uncapped speeds. You can expect to get the fastest possible speeds when you are connected to our network.

       

      Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) guarantees a minimum download speed of 100Mbps across Malaysia’s 5G network. This means that you should be able to achieve at least 100Mbps download speeds within 5G coverage areas. 

      Can I share the data through Hotspot and what is the quota allocation for Hotspot? 

      Yes, you can share the U Biz 5G data through Hotspot with no device restrictions.

      Does U Biz 5G come with a router and/or modem?

      U Biz 5G is a SIM only plan without any devices.

      Can I view my data usage?

      Users can refer to the MyUMobile App to see their data usage.

      Is there any deposit fee or upfront payment required upon registration?

      No deposit fee or upfront payment is required for Corporate Customers and Corporate Individuals.

       

      However, foreigners are required to place RM500 and upfront payment as a deposit upon registration.

      Do I get back my RM500 deposit if I terminate the service?

      Upon your request to terminate our service, the deposit will be refunded back to you after 60 working days.  Do note that we will offset your deposit with your last billed amount and any other relevant charges.

      Can I change my current Postpaid or Wireless Broadband (WBB) plan to U Biz 5G?

      You are not allowed to convert your current Postpaid plan to U Biz 5G and would have to register for a new U Biz 5G plan. However, wireless broadband plans (WB48, WB68, WBB88, WB128) can be converted to U Biz 5G. Terms and conditions apply.

      If your U Biz 5G plan is terminated, your Fixed IP service will also be terminated automatically. To continue using the Fixed IP, you must maintain an active U Biz 5G subscription.

      How do I configure my device to use the Fixed IP?

      You need to set up the APN settings on your router or device APN: my3gpub.

      Can I use my own router or device?

      Yes, you can use your own compatible router or device. However, you must ensure it allows manual APN configuration. You refer to your device's user manual for setup instructions.

      Does U Mobile provide a router with this service?

      U Mobile offers selected 5G routers for customers who prefer a bundled device. If you are using a U Mobile-provided router, please refer to our setup guide here.

      How do I check if my Fixed IP is working?

      Once you have configured your device with the correct APN settings, you can check your assigned Fixed IP by visiting a public IP checker website (e.g., https://whatismyipaddress.com). The IP displayed should match the one assigned to you.

      What should I do if my Fixed IP is not working?

      If you experience issues, please:

      1. Ensure your device is connected to the network and APN settings are correctly configured.
      2. Restart your router and try again.
      3. Contact U Business Support team at enterprise.support@u.com.my for further assistance.
      What is the U Biz 5G Launch Promo?

      Customers who register for U Biz 5G during the promo period will receive RM10 rebate off from the normal charges of RM78 per month. For your first month bill the rebate will be prorated according to your monthly charges and will automatically be reflected on your subsequent monthly bills.

      How long will this U Biz 5G Launch Promo be available for?

      The Launch Promo will be available until further notice.

      Who is eligible for this Launch Promo?
