Yes it can. The 1GB High-speed Roaming Data is valid to be used in 2 different countries within 24 hours based on the respective passes.
For example:
You landed at Singapore Changi Airport at 11am and are waiting for your flight transfer to Australia at 4pm. Upon turning on Data Roaming, the 24-Hour Roaming RM15 - Auto will be provisioned to you. You will be able to use this 24-Hour Roaming Pass, with 1GB High-speed Roaming Data, in both countries.
What is International Roaming about?
International Roaming is a service that allows you to do the below when you are overseas:
- Access to high-speed roaming data with local operators
- Make & receive voice calls
- Send & receive SMS/MMS

Wait for an SMS confirmation regarding your International Roaming activation.

Successful Roaming Activation
After a few seconds, refresh the app on the home screen, and you should see the toggle activated in "Settings".
- For Family Share Plans, only the principal member can enable International Roaming for other members.
- Older plans require auto-debit to be enabled to activate International Roaming.
- Non-Malaysians must visit their nearest U Mobile Store to activate International Roaming.
