U Business Store is an online store exclusively for Corporate Company (CC) customers to browse, purchase, and manage corporate mobile and broadband plans, devices and more.
To register, simply select the items you wish to purchase and enter your email address when prompted. You’ll then be guided to provide your company details to complete the registration.
You will need to prepare the following documents in PDF or JPEG format:
- PIC NRIC: NRIC (front & back) of company owner, director, or partner.
- Authorised NRIC: NRIC (front & back) of the authorised person completing the registration.
- Authorisation Letter: On company letterhead, signed and stamped by company owner/director/partner.
- Company Documents: Form 49, Form 9, or equivalent.
- TIN: Tax Identification Number document issued by IRB.
- SST (if applicable): SST document showing your company’s SST number.
- Utility Bill (if applicable): For Sabah/Sarawak companies without a BRN.
- Bank Statement (if applicable): For Sabah/Sarawak companies without a BRN.
To place an order, select the items you want and enter your email address when prompted.
- First-time users of U Business Store: You’ll be guided to provide your company details to create an account.
- Existing U Business Store users: Sign in with your registered email address and proceed to payment.
You can pay using FPX, Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards issued in Malaysia or via online banking. Please note that foreign-issued credit cards are not accepted for payments made at the U Business Store.
If your transaction was successful, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the order reference number. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact customer service directly to confirm the status of your order before you try to make a second payment. This will help you avoid making multiple transactions.

No. We do not sell standalone devices at the moment, because all our devices are bundled with a rate plan.
Yes. The U Business Store supports plan upgrades. Login to U Business Store, select “Upgrade Your Plan”, and choose the plan that best suits your needs.
Yes. All Device + Plan bundles come with a fixed contract period and a monthly access fee based on the plan you choose.

We work with several delivery partners. You will receive your order via a delivery agent sent by our delivery partner.
Our delivery agent will get in touch with you to confirm your delivery information before they deliver your package. If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order, please tell our delivery agent your new address or you may also call +60183881318 and we will try our best to assist you.
- Shipping is free if you spend more than RM30.
- Once your order is submitted and successfully verified, you can expect delivery within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for addresses within Klang Valley, or 5 working days for addresses outside Klang Valley.
- Your order will go through a verification process that takes up to 2 business days. If any documents are unclear or incomplete, our team will contact you for additional details. The delivery timeline will begin once verification is successfully completed.
- We offer nationwide delivery within Malaysia.
- Kindly take note that we cannot drop off packages at guard houses, guard posts or P.O. Boxes, even if you request it.
- You will need to produce your identification card for the delivery agent to verify that you are the recipient. The delivery agent will hand over the package to you once they have verified the recipient details.

Once you receive your order, make sure to check your items carefully, and return any items that are incorrect or that have damaged packaging to our delivery partner.
For purchases made online, you may call us at +60183881318 and we will arrange a new device delivery if items are confirmed to be damaged. Upon calling, we will also require your order number for verification purposes as well as photos of damaged items to be shared via email. Email address will be advised upon case escalation.
If your device cannot be switched on after you accept the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours from the time you have received your package.
You do not have to pay a shipping fee for returning defective devices which cannot be switched on.
Once we have processed your payment, you cannot cancel or change your order.
U Mobile has a strict no refund policy. Please make sure to read our terms and conditions before you make payment.
U Mobile will never contact you for credit card details credentials. If you receive any suspicious email about U Business Store from an email address that does not end with @u.com.my, please contact customer service directly for assistance.
The Easy Payment Plan is our device instalment/ownership programme, offering you a convenient payment option while allowing you to continue enjoying the existing benefits of U SaveMore. It lets you spread the fee of your device’s upfront advance payment over a specified period at a 0% interest fee, making ownership more accessible and hassle-free.
With the Easy Payment Plan,
- Firstly, you own a U Mobile flagship phone via the U SaveMore programme; and
- Secondly, for the device upfront payment fee;
- You can convert it into monthly instalments at with 0% interest fee by financing it via a partnering credit card bank issuer.
- Then, select your desired repayment period offered by the partnering bank.
- Finally, the total amount is divided equally across the chosen number of months.
The instalment period ranges from 12 months to a maximum of 24 months, depending on the partnering credit card bank issuer and transaction touchpoint (online or in-branch) may be subject to change. The minimum purchase amount is dependent on the credit card bank issuer. You may refer to the table below for reference.

The Easy Payment Plan” offers several benefits, including:
- 0% Interest-fee: Rest assured, there are no additional interest charges on your flagship phone purchases.
- Budget-friendly: By spreading payments over time, even larger purchases become easily manageable.
- Convenience: Experience the flexibility of paying for your flagship phone purchases through convenient monthly instalments.
Below are the eligibility criteria to own a flagship phone by Easy Payment Plan programme:
- You are subscribed to U Biz 68 or U Biz 98; and
- You have a credit card issued by our partnering bank.
For example, Bank A is a U Mobile partner who offers a 24-month instalment plan at 0% interest. To take advantage of this offer, customers must use a credit card issued by Bank A.
No, for your device to contract tenure, U SaveMore must not be lesser than your Easy Payment Plan.

Yes, typically you can settle the outstanding balance of the 0% EPP early with your credit card issuer without incurring any penalties. However, we recommend you check with the participating bank regarding their specific policies on early settlement.
Taking this scenario as a sample, ‘U Biz 98 24-month with Upfront’ and EPP Tenure 12-month performed an early settlement with the bank on Month 12.
For this case, the customer still has 12 month's contract balance with U Mobile. To terminate early, the customer would need to pay an Early Termination Fee (ETP) to U Mobile.
