What is ‘Deals For U’?
‘Deals For U’ is a promotion available on MyUMobile App and UMB for selected eligible Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers (‘Eligible Subscribers”).
How do I check my eligibility for Deals For U?
Eligible Subscribers will be seeing ‘Deals For U’ section in ‘Add-Ons’ page in their MyUMobile App and ‘01 Deals For U’ in UMB.

Why am I seeing different deals than my friend who’s subscribing to the same plan?
This Promotion is devised to offer Eligible Subscribers with deals exclusively for them based on their spending and usage. Therefore, the deals may vary from one person to another.
Why can't I see the same deals in the MyUMobile App/UMB anymore?
The deals in Promotion may differ from day to day. Please check your MyUMobile App/UMB regularly for the latest deals.
Will the promotional pricing be the same when I renew the subscription?
For products/services with renewable subscription, the renewal price will be based on recommended retail price unless stated otherwise.
I’m currently subscribing to a Prepaid data plan. What will happen if I subscribe to the deal in Deals For U?
If you are already subscribing to an existing data or call plan, any purchase of a new Prepaid Plan will override the existing data or call plan. Any unused quota or minutes will be forfeited.
How do I purchase the deal in Deals For U?
- Via MyUMobile App:
- Download and login to the MyUMobile App.
- Go to ‘Add-Ons’ page and select the deal(s) that you want to subscribe in the ‘Deals For U’ section.
- Confirm your subscription.
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to you to confirm successful subscription.
- You may check your subscription details on ‘View All Usage Details” sections on the app's ‘Home’ page.
- Via UMB:
- Dial *118*01#
- Eligible subscribers will be able to view the list of available Deals For U offers.
- Select the offer you wish to subscribe to and confirm your subscription.
- A confirmation SMS will be sent upon successful subscription.
- For more details about your subscription via the UMB channel, you may download and login to the MyUMobile App.
Can I purchase the deals multiple times?
Yes, you can purchase as many times as you wish. However, for some deals, you can only purchase the offer if you do not have a current active subscription. For example, Hotspot Passes cannot be purchased if you already have an active Hotspot add-on. You can only purchase another Hotspot add-on after the current one expires.
