CreditSOS service allows eligible U Mobile Prepaid subscribers to request for Prepaid credit advance from U Mobile.
CreditSOS offers the following options:

There are 2 types of subscription, which you can see below. The CreditSOS credit advance amount will always be based on your eligibility during time of request, which is determined by U Mobile.
1. Subscribers can request for a one-off subscription:

The CreditSOS credit advance amount and service fee charge will be deducted from your next Prepaid top up amount.
Yes. However, subscriber eligibility will subject to U Mobile assessment during the time of request.
The CreditSOS credit advance amount together with service fee will be auto deducted from your next Prepaid top up. If your top up amount is less than your outstanding CreditSOS amount, your remaining CreditSOS outstanding amount will be deducted from your subsequent top up as well, until the full amount has been fully repaid.
For subscriber with more than 1 (ONE) outstanding unpaid subscriptions, repayment sequence will be in below manners.
Subscriber’s Prepaid top up credit will be used to pay off the earliest subscription credit advance amount and service fee charge followed by the subsequent subscription(s) according to below sequences:
e. g:
1st subscription credit advance amount > 1st subscription service fee charge > 2nd subscription credit advance amount > 2nd subscription service fee charge > 3rd subscription credit advance amount > and so forth.
When you make your next top up, you will receive a CreditSOS payment confirmation SMS from U Mobile. You may also send BAL to 28120 or dial *118*2# to check your latest unpaid amount.
Yes, you can still switch to another Prepaid Rate Plan. Your outstanding CreditSOS amount will be carried forward to your new Prepaid account.
No. You have to settle your outstanding CreditSOS amount before switching to a U Mobile Postpaid line.
Yes, subject to subscriber eligibility at that time, a CreditSOS credit advance amount will be credited into your Prepaid account automatically whenever your balance reaches RM1.50 and below.
Yes, just dial *118*2# to request for the service. Alternatively, you can subscribe using SMS if you are roaming with our roaming partner. For a full list of our roaming partners, please go to www.u.com.my/en/mobile-plans/roaming-idd/roaming.
If you subscribe via SMS when you are in Malaysia, you will not be charged for the SMS. However, you will be charged for the SMS if you subscribe via SMS while roaming. No. You have to pay back your CreditSOS amount by topping up your Prepaid account.
Send OFF to 28120 to stop receiving messages offering the CreditSOS service.
The Prepaid account validity period will follow the longest validity period.
As an illustration, if the validity period of your Prepaid account is until 20 March 2024, and you subscribe to a Credit Advance of RM5 (with a validity period of 3 days) on 18 of March 2024, the new expiry date of your Prepaid account will be 18 March 2024 + 3 days = 21 March 2024.
However, if the validity period of your Prepaid account is until 20 March 2024, and you subscribe to a Credit Advance of RM5 (with a validity of 3 days) on 10 March 2024, there will be no adjustments to the expiry date of your Prepaid account.
