All Malaysians and foreigners aged 18 and above can sign up for the U Biz Share 128 plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins, Prepaid-to-Postpaid conversion and rate plan changes.
Non-Malaysian citizens are required to pay a refundable deposit of RM500 per customer. U Mobile may, from time to time, change the deposit amount at our absolute discretion.
Yes, you can sign up for U Biz Share 128 and your existing device contract will be carried over to the U Biz Share 128 plan.
You are only required to activate a minimum of one mobile line during sign up, which is the principal line. You have the flexibility to activate the remaining 3 mobile lines at your convenience at any U Mobile stores nationwide.
You can activate up to 7 mobile lines under U Biz Share 128. However, there will be a charge of RM38/month applicable from the 5th line onwards.
Yes. You may choose to take up a new number or transfer an existing line into U Biz Share 128.
Yes, the Free 15GB Global Roaming quota is shareable across all 4 lines under U Biz Share 128.
Before finishing the 15GB Global Roaming Data, you are advised to purchase roaming add-ons exclusive for U Biz Share 128 via the MyUMobile App:
Roam Share 2GB (RM15/1 Day)
Roam Share 5GB (RM35/7 Days)
Roaming add-ons can only be purchased by the principal line. The purchased roaming add-ons can also be shared with all 4 lines.
However, if you do not purchase the above add-ons and have continuous usage, you will be automatically subscribed to 24-Hour Roaming (RM15/day) or 24-Hour Roaming (RM38/day) depending on the destination you are currently in.
