U Mobile Online Store is an online shop that allows you to make purchases from the U Mobile website. You can shop for mobile devices, prepaid or postpaid rate plans, broadband plans and more from anywhere with an Internet connection.
For now, only Malaysians can make purchases via UM Online Store. However, anyone can buy U Mobile prepaid and postpaid plans at a U Mobile Service Centre. Just bring your valid passport to subscribe to our plans. Depending on the plan you choose, we may need you to place a deposit.
Follow these steps to place an order:
- Find the item you wish to purchase on UM Online Store homepage and click "BUY NOW" under it.

No, you do not need to. All Malaysian users with a valid email account can sign up for a U Mobile Online Store account.
U Mobile Online Store accepts Visa or Mastercard credit cards and debit cards that are issued in Malaysia. Foreign-issued credit cards will not be accepted for payments made at the U Mobile Online Store.
At the moment, we do provide EPP instalments for U SaveMore on U Mobile Online Store. For additional instalment plans, you can always check out our U PayLater offers for both iPhone and Android devices.
If your transaction was successful, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the order reference number. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact customer service directly to confirm the status of your order before you try to make a second payment. This will help you avoid making multiple transactions.

No. We do not sell standalone devices at the moment, because all our devices are bundled with a rate plan.
The U Mobile Online Store does not support plan upgrades at the moment. Kindly head to the nearest U Mobile service center for upgrade services.
Since all our devices are bundled with a rate plan, you will need to sign up for a new line whenever you buy from the U Mobile Online Store.

If you subscribe to a postpaid plan, you have to commit to the contract period and monthly access fee of your chosen device bundle plan.
Unless stated otherwise, there is no contract if you purchase a standalone rate plan.
Once you activate your new line, your prepaid balance will include the top-up credit that you purchased, so you do not have to top up manually when you receive your package

We work with several delivery partners. You will receive your order via a delivery agent sent by our delivery partner.
Our delivery agent will get in touch with you to confirm your delivery information before they deliver your package. If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order, please tell our delivery agent your new address or you may also call +60183881318 and we will try our best to assist you.
- Shipping is free if you spend more than RM30.
- Once you receive your order reference number or email notification from U Mobile, you can expect delivery within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) if your delivery address is in the Klang Valley, or 5 working days if your delivery address is not within the Klang Valley.
- The delivery time estimate depends on the traffic conditions, dispatching schedule and routing.
- We offer nationwide delivery within Malaysia.
- Kindly take note that we cannot drop off packages at guard houses, guard posts or P.O. Boxes, even if you request it.
- You will need to produce your identification card for the delivery agent to verify that you are the recipient. The delivery agent will hand over the package to you once they have verified the recipient details.

Once you receive your order, make sure to check your items carefully, and return any items that are incorrect or that have damaged packaging to our delivery partner.
For purchases made online, you may call us at +60183881318 and we will arrange a new device delivery if items are confirmed to be damaged. Upon calling, we will also require your order number for verification purposes as well as photos of damaged items to be shared via email. Email address will be advised upon case escalation.
If your device cannot be switched on after you accept the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours from the time you have received your package.
You do not have to pay a shipping fee for returning defective devices which cannot be switched on.
Once we have processed your payment, you cannot cancel or change your order.
U Mobile has a strict no refund policy. Please make sure to read our terms and conditions before you make payment.

The Easy Payment Plan is our device instalment/ownership programme, offering you a convenient payment option while allowing you to continue enjoying the existing benefits of U SaveMore. It lets you spread the fee of your device’s upfront advance payment over a specified period at a 0% interest fee, making ownership more accessible and hassle-free.
With the Easy Payment Plan,
- Firstly, you own a U Mobile flagship phone via the U SaveMore programme; and
- Secondly, for the device upfront payment fee;
- you can convert it into monthly instalments at with 0% interest fee by financing it via a partnering credit card bank issuer.
- Then, select your desired repayment period offered by the partnering bank.
- Finally, the total amount is divided equally across the chosen number of months.
The instalment period ranges from 12 months to a maximum of 24 months, depending on the partnering credit card bank issuer and transaction touchpoint (online or in-branch) may be subject to change. The minimum purchase amount is dependent on the credit card bank issuer. You may refer to the table below for reference.

Below are the eligibility criteria to own a flagship phone by Easy Payment Plan programme:
- You are subscribed to U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98; and
- You have a credit card issued by our partnering bank.
For example, Bank A is a U Mobile partner who offers a 24-month instalment plan at 0% interest. To take advantage of this offer, customers must use a credit card issued by Bank A. This offer is not valid for payments made with credit cards issued by Bank B.
No, for your device to contract tenure, U SaveMore must not be lesser than your Easy Payment Plan.

Yes, typically you can settle the outstanding balance of the 0% EPP early with your credit card issuer without incurring any penalties. However, we recommend you check with the participating bank regarding their specific policies on early settlement.
Taking this scenario as a sample, ‘U Postpaid 98 24-month with Upfront’ and EPP Tenure 12-month performed an early settlement with the bank on Month 12.
For this case, the customer still has 12 month's contract balance with U Mobile. To terminate early, the customer would need to pay an Early Termination Fee (ETP) to U Mobile.
