(U MOBILE EXPERIENCE CENTRE BELLISA ROW, U MOBILE EXPERIENCE CENTRE SUNWAY SQUARE & U MOBILE EXPERIENCE CENTRE TELAWI SQUARE)

1. Eligibility

1. U POSTPAID & POSTPAID WITH DEVICE BUNDLE PROMOTION for NEW STORE OPENING (“Promotion”) is available from 15 December 2025 until 28 February 2026 or until the quota is depleted (“Promotion Period”) to the following customers who are at least 18 years of age at the date of registration of the Promotion:
   1. New and existing customer
   2. Customer who signs up for postpaid device bundle plan i.e, U Home 5G with Router, U Postpaid 68 with Device Bundle, U Postpaid 98 with Device Bundle or U Family 128 with Device Bundle (“U Postpaid Plans with Device”)
   3. Customer who signs up for postpaid plan only i.e, U Postpaid 68, U Postpaid 98 or U Postpaid 128 plan (“U Postpaid Plans”)
2. You must fully settle all outstanding charges under your existing subscriptions before you can proceed with the registration of this Promotion. Any existing rebate that you are receiving from the existing subscription will be forfeited when you switch to this Promotion.
3. This Promotion is only available at U Mobile Experience Centre Bellisa Row, U Mobile Experience Centre Sunway Square & U Mobile Experience Centre Telawi Square only.
4. This Promotion is only applicable for:
   1. U SaveMore (With OR No Upfront Payment) registration for new U Postpaid Plan specified in paragraph 1(a)(iii) above. These terms and conditions will apply together with the U SaveMore terms and conditions, all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
   2. U PayLater registration for existing customers is subject to eligibility and for sign up to U Postpaid Plans. These terms and conditions will apply together with the U PayLater terms and conditions, all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
       

2. Price and Payment

1. Prices for the devices which are bundled with U Postpaid Plan are as specified in /en/personal/devices.
2. By subscribing to the eligible plans under the Promotion, you will receive a rebate of RM30 for 6 consecutive months (“Rebate”) upon the activation of your U Postpaid Plan or U Postpaid Plan with Device (under U SaveMore Plan or U PayLater Plan) under this Promotion. The Rebate is limited to the first 100 lines activation within the Promotion Period.
3. The Rebate will be reflected in the subsequent monthly bill statement following the activation month and onwards. The Rebate will be offset from the monthly fees and usage.
4. You will pay consecutive monthly payments (“Monthly Fee”) during the Commitment Period which will appear as a charge in your monthly bill.
5. In addition to the Rebate, you will receive one complimentary gift as specified in the following Table.

3. Device Warranty

1. All claims relating to the Device under this Promotion which are covered by the warranty, if any, should be referred to the relevant manufacturer.
2. Complimentary gifts (if any) that come with the bundle are given on “As Is” and “As Available” basis. The complimentary gifts are NOT covered under warranty, and any issue should be referred to relevant manufacturer.
    

4. Termination and Suspension

1. If you terminate your U SaveMore or change to another rate plan at any time before the end of the Commitment Period, the following will apply:
   1. you will not be entitled for the upfront payment rebate (i.e remaining monthly rebate under U SaveMore), and
   2. any remaining Rebate will be forfeited.
       

   Example for paragraph 4(a)(ii):

   Monthly Fee: RM68
   Device: OPPO A79 5G 8+256GB
   Upfront Payment: RM408

   If termination occurs in the 3rd month
   Monthly Rebate: RM17
   RM17 X 3 months = RM51 (Total for 3 months Rebate is RM51 for U SaveMore (with Upfront Payment). The remaining Rebate of RM357 will be forfeited.
    

2. If you terminate your U SaveMore (No Upfront Payment) or U PayLater or change to another rate plan (downgrading) at any time before the end of the Commitment Period, you will be required to pay the balance of the subsidized price of the device (“Monthly Device Fees”).
   1. Balance charges for U SaveMore (No Upfront Payment) = (Recommended Retail Price (RRP) - Device Selling Price) ÷ Commitment Period (number of months) × remaining Commitment Period (remaining no of months) – (remaining rebate)
   2. Balance charges for U PayLater = (RRP ÷ Commitment Period (number of months) × Commitment Period (remaining number of months)) - 2 Months Monthly Device Fees
3. The outstanding Monthly Fee is in addition to any charges payable by you under your account up to the time of termination. You will be furnished with a final bill which is due and payable upon receipt.
