Campaign Eligibility
- This Campaign is open to selected Active U Mobile Prepaid Plan subscribers only (Corporate account not included) who have received a SMS or push notification for subscribers who have downloaded the MyUMobile App (“Notification”) from U Mobile on the Campaign. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
- U Mobile’s employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
- Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
- U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify participants without assigning any reason.
- The 88th Qualified Participant of each Campaign week (“Campaign Week”) will be shortlisted (“Shortlisted Participant”) after the end of each Campaign Week.
- Each Campaign Week runs from Monday to Sunday, within the Campaign Period, as outlined below:
A Shortlisted Participant will be disqualified, and the next eligible participant will be contacted, if any of the following occurs:
- The trivia question is not answered correctly after three (3) attempts;
- The Shortlisted Participant is not reachable after three (3) voice call attempts; or
- The Shortlisted Participant fails to respond within the stipulated timeframe after being notified via SMS, push notification on the MyUMobile App, or any other medium deemed appropriate by U Mobile.
- The Prize will be delivered to the Winners within 60 days after the end of the Campaign Period. Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability or delivery arrangements. U Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reschedule the Prize issuance or delivery and may provide prior notice to the Winners.
- U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify any Winner at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Failure to provide a valid delivery address after two (2) delivery attempts;
- Failure to provide the required details or information; or
- If there’s evidence or suspicion of fraudulent conduct.
- The Winner must ensure that its U Mobile postpaid account remains Active and is not suspended or terminated until the Prize has been delivered. The Winner must also remain on the same postpaid rate plan or higher postpaid rate plan. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
