- The Prepaid Device Bundle (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 10:00:00 on 17 July 2025 until further notice (“Campaign Period”) or upon stock depletion, whichever occurs earlier.
- All entries received after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified
- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions and all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”) all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
- Campaign Eligibility
- This Campaign is open to eligible new and existing U Mobile Prepaid subscribers.
- This campaign is open exclusively to Prepaid customers in the East Malaysia region (Sabah & Sarawak only),
- Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign
- Campaign Mechanics
This Campaign allows you to purchase any one (1) of the selected 5G devices based on the Device Bundle Price specified in the Table below and enjoy free data plan (“Prepaid bundle plan) for 12 months (“Data Plan”).

- To participate, you are required to sign up for the Prepaid bundle plan at the U Mobile Service Centre Imago and U Mobile Service Centre Vivacity within the Campaign Period.
- The 12 months Data Plan will be given in the form of RM240 credit into your Prepaid Credit Balance account. The RM240 credit is only valid for the purpose of purchase and auto-renewal of U Prepaid Borneo 20 Data plan which also offers 365 days validity. You will need to download the MyUMobile App to manage your account.
- You will receive a SMS notification upon successful provision of the RM240 credit into your Prepaid Credit Balance account. You will need to purchase the U Prepaid Borneo 20 Data Plan using the RM240 credits via MyUMobile App.
- If you choose to subscribe to a second Prepaid Device Bundle using the same phone number, you will need to head over to nearest U Mobile Service Centre to terminate the device contract before subscribing to the second Prepaid Device Bundle. Do note that the first RM240 credit granted will be forfeited.
- General
- U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
- U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, they must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
- All devices are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
- consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
- consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
- The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and the Prepaid Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
- the Prepaid Terms and Conditions;
- the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use; and
- these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
- The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
