- This U Home 5G Exclusive Offers by Telesales (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 00:00:00 on 1 September 2024 and ends at 23:59:59 on 31 December 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
- We reserve the right to reject any participation or subscription at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
- Campaign Eligibility
- This Campaign is open to selected U Mobile Postpaid plan subscribers only (Corporate account not included) who are:
- Active principal line holders (“Active” means able to make and receive calls); and
- Subscribers of GX55, GX68, U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98 plans (“Postpaid”).
(collectively “Eligible Subscribers”).
- The Eligible Subscribers will be selected by U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion.
- The Campaign is only available via U Mobile Telesales channel.
- This Campaign is open to selected U Mobile Postpaid plan subscribers only (Corporate account not included) who are:
- Campaign Mechanics
- To participate in this Campaign:
- You must receive a phone call from our Telesales channel representative in relation to signing up for the new U Home 5G with Wi-Fi 6 5G Router Bundle (“Bundle”) plan offer.
- You are required to purchase the Bundle plan via the Telesales channel during the Campaign Period.
- When you have fulfilled the requirements listed in paragraph 5 (a) above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign (“Eligible Participant”). No entry form is required.
- To participate in this Campaign:
- Rewards
- Each Eligible Participant may be entitled to receive a reward in the form of rebate or credit (“Reward”) under this Campaign. The Reward will be communicated to Eligible Participant during the Telesales call. The Reward is subject to change at U Mobile’s sole discretion.
- The Reward will be credited into the Eligible Participant’s account within the following month after the date of your Bundle plan activation. The Reward will be reflected in your next monthly bill.
- The Reward will be forfeited if (i) you terminate your Postpaid account; (ii) you switch to U Mobile Prepaid plan; (iii) your Postpaid account is suspended; (iv) you port out from U Mobile network; or (v) you terminate the Bundle plan prior to the expiry of the Bundle plan’s commitment period.
- You must ensure that your Postpaid account is Active during the Campaign period and at the point of issuance of the Reward.
- The Reward is given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
- General
- U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
- U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, such participants must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
- All Rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct or indirect, special, or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
- consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
- consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
- grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
- The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid or Broadband services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Broadband Terms and Conditions, the U Home 5G Router Bundle Terms and Conditions, the Telesales Channel Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
- the Postpaid or Broadband Terms and Conditions;
- the U Home 5G Router Bundle Terms and Conditions;
- the Telesales Channel Terms and Conditions; and
- these Terms and Conditions.
- The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
