U Home 5G Survey Campaign
- This “U HOME 5G Survey Campaign” is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd ("U Mobile") which will commence at 10:00 am on 3rd June 2025 and will end at 11:59 pm on 8th June 2025 ("Survey Duration").
- All entries received before the Survey Duration ends will be qualified for the rewards.
- By participating in this campaign survey, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
- Campaign Eligibility
- This Campaign Survey is open to selected eligible Active Postpaid U Mobile subscribers without router contract and U Home 5G subscription only (Corporate account not included):
- are Active principal line holders (“Active” means able to make and receive calls);
- are of age 18 years and above; and
- received an SMS from U Mobile (“Notification”); or received MyUMobile app push notification (“MyUMobile App”) for subscribers who have downloaded the MyUMobile App or an EDM (Electronic Direct Email) from MyUMobile.
- U Mobile’s employees, vendors, agencies, dealers, distributors, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this survey.
- U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
- Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Survey.
- This Campaign Survey is open to selected eligible Active Postpaid U Mobile subscribers without router contract and U Home 5G subscription only (Corporate account not included):
- Mechanics
- To participate in this Campaign Survey, you must receive notification from U Mobile during the Survey Duration, answer all the questions and get rewarded with RM5 IIao IIao e-voucher.
- When you complete the step listed in paragraph 5(a) above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign Survey.
- Rewards to Receive Voucher
- After completing steps in paragraph 5(a) the voucher (RM5 IIao IIao e-voucher) will be issued in MyUMobile App one (1) week after the campaign ended. The vouchers will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. U Mobile will notify the subscribers via SMS or may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the subscribers.
- You are required to fill in your U Mobile number in order to receive the voucher.
- The e-voucher is subject to the terms and conditions (including validity period) which are specified in MyUMobile App upon claiming the e-voucher. If you do not use the e-voucher within the specified period, the e-voucher will automatically expire and any unused e-voucher will be forfeited. You may redeem or utilize the e-vouchers via the App only.
- The e-vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash in full or in part and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts. The e-voucher must not be sold to any third party. If U Mobile finds that the e-voucher is sold, the unique e-voucher code will be de-activated and will not be usable. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability of the e-voucher.
- The participants must ensure that their accounts are Active during the Campaign Period and at the point of the e-voucher being credited to participants’ prepaid accounts and claiming of the prizes.
- General
- U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
- U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
- consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
- consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
- grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
- The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
- The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
