Unbeatable 5G Devices
- The Unbeatable 5G Sales (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which will commence at 10:00:00 on 4 November 2024 until 23:59:59 on 28 February 2025 (“Campaign Period”)
- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
- Campaign Eligibility
- This Campaign is open to eligible existing and new U Mobile Postpaid subscribers at all U Mobile Stores.
- Campaign Mechanics
- To qualify for this Campaign, you must add a new U Family Share 38 line to your existing U Postpaid 68 plan, or sign up a new U Postpaid 68 plan or U Postpaid Borneo 68 with U Family Share 38 line during the Campaign Period.
- The U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid Borneo 68 plan must not be tied to any U SaveMore or U PayLater device plans.
- Reward
- Upon completion of the steps listed in paragraph 4 above, you are entitled to select any of the device options below:

- Each of the U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid Borneo 68 plus U Family Share 38 subscription is only entitled to receive one (1) unit of the device.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
- Early termination charges will apply if you terminate the U Family Share 38 that you sign up with U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid Borneo 68 during the Commitment Period.
- You may upgrade the subscribed U Family Share to U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid Borneo 68 at any time during the Commitment Period. However, if you downgrade or terminate the newly upgraded U Family Share, the Commitment Period will automatically terminate and early termination charges will apply. - General
- U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
- U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign, changing the device options and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website.
- All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
- consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
- consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
- The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, and the Postpaid Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
- the Postpaid Terms and Conditions; and
- these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
- The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
