  1. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by U PayLater Terms and Conditions and all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”) all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
  2. Campaign Eligibility
    This Campaign is open to eligible new and existing U Mobile postpaid subscribers.
  3. Campaign Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must purchase Device 1 comprised within any of the bundles listed in the Table below, bundled with U Family 128 plan (“Device Bundle”) (under U PayLater with 36 months’ contract (“Commitment Period”)) during the Campaign Period:-

    1. You are entitled to receive a complimentary Device 2 according to the Device 1 that you have selected.
    2. The Device Bundle is fixed and “mixing and matching” of the devices is not allowed.
    3. The U Family 128 plan (under the Device Bundle) must not be under any existing U SaveMore or U PayLater device plans before you participate in this Campaign.
    4. The device contracts for both Device 1 and Device 2 under this Campaign will be under your U Family 128 principal line. In the event of any termination of U Family Share lines under your U Family 128 plan, early termination charges will not be imposed.
    5. If you terminate or if we terminate this Device Bundle (due to your default or if you downgrade your rate plan before the expiry of the Commitment Period, you are required to pay U Mobile the remaining balance charges, as determined by U Mobile, as set out below:

      Balance charges = Total Device Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for Device 1 and Device 2 ÷ Total Commitment Period (months) × remaining number of months

      The RRP for Device 1 and Device 2 are as listed in the Table below:

  1. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, they must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All devices are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and the Postpaid Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
      1. the Postpaid Terms and Conditions;
      2. the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use; and
      3. these Terms and Conditions.
    6. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
