There are two (2) prepaid Hotspot Add-Ons (“Hotspot Add-Ons"). The following Table set outs the detailed offer of the Hotspot Add-Ons:

The Hotspot Add-Ons are available to all U Mobile prepaid subscribers with any Active data plans as set out in the Table below (“Data Plans”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.

The Hotspot Add-Ons are provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions and the Prepaid 5G Plan Terms and Conditions and the relevant data or rate plans terms and conditions. You must comply with those terms, our Privacy Notice, and these additional terms and conditions ("Terms") all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
The Hotspot Add-Ons cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
We reserve the right to discontinue offering the Hotspot Add-Ons, modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
You may activate each Hotspot Add-On on your mobile device:
via MyUMobile App’s Add-ons section; or
by dialing *118#
Before you activate any Hotspot Add-Ons, you must have the following minimum credit balance for the respective Data Plan:

We will deduct the activation fee for the Hotspot Add-Ons from your credit balance based on the Hotspot Add-On you subscribe regardless of whether the activation was authorized by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
Your subscription of Hotspot Add-Ons will not be automatically renewed upon expiry.
The Internet speed of your hotspot data usage under Hotspot Add-Ons will follow the Internet speed of your Data Plan. For example, if you are on U Prepaid 35 with Internet speed of 24Mbps, the Hotspot Add-On will enable you to enjoy the Internet speed for your hotspot data usage of up to 24Mbps.
The hotspot data usage under Hotspot Add-Ons will follow the Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) limit of your Data Plan. If you have reached the FUP limit, your hotspot speed will be managed at 512kbps.
You must have an existing Data Plan in order to subscribe to Hotspot Add-Ons. If your Data Plan expires, you will not be able to continue using hotspot, even if your Hotspot Add-On is still valid. You can however activate another Data Plan to continue enjoying unlimited hotspot until your Hotspot Add-On expires.
U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Hotspot Add-Ons if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.
