- This 24-hour ULTRA5G Trial eSIM (“ULTRA5G Trial eSIM”) is provided by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) from 12 February 2026 until further notice.
- ULTRA5G Trial eSIM is provided according to the Terms and Conditions of U Mobile eSIM, the Terms of Service of the Postpaid or Prepaid services (as the case may be) which includes our Privacy Notice, these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on /. Upon activation, you are deemed to have read, unconditionally accepted and be bound by the Terms.
- We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
- Eligibility
- The ULTRA5G Trial eSIM is available for all non-Malaysian tourists who have scanned the QR code and redeemed the ULTRA5G Trial eSIM available at various International Airports in Malaysia.
- Existing U Mobile subscribers are not eligible for the ULTRA5G Trial eSIM.
- The ULTRA5G Trial eSIM may only be redeemed once per International Passport., for lifetime of the offer.
- The ULTRA5G Trial eSIM is available for all non-Malaysian tourists who have scanned the QR code and redeemed the ULTRA5G Trial eSIM available at various International Airports in Malaysia.
- Application and Activation
- ULTRA5G Trial eSIM (with QR code and QR-less eSIM (eSIM which can be manually installed without QR Code)) is available via MyUMobile App. Upon successful registration via MyUMobile App, you can either choose to immediately download and install eSIM via MyUMobile App (for QR-less eSIM) or via eSIM QR email.
- You must ensure that your device has internet connection throughout the activation process and your device is updated to the required version (for iPhone, updated to iOS 12 and above; and for Android, updated to Android 8 and above).
- ULTRA5G Trial eSIM is only supported by one (1) device at any given time as once the profile is downloaded on your device, the profile is non-transferable to another device. If you switch to another device, you are required to apply for a new eSIM Activation Kit.
- If the device is stolen or damaged and ULTRA5G Trial eSIM profile is loaded on it, please contact U Mobile immediately to deactivate ULTRA5G Trial eSIM.
- You may refer to the list of devices which currently support ULTRA5G Trial eSIM on our website at /. U Mobile may from time to time at its sole discretion introduce ULTRA5G Trial eSIM to other devices.
- ULTRA5G Trial eSIM (with QR code and QR-less eSIM (eSIM which can be manually installed without QR Code)) is available via MyUMobile App. Upon successful registration via MyUMobile App, you can either choose to immediately download and install eSIM via MyUMobile App (for QR-less eSIM) or via eSIM QR email.
