TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A Quick Note Before You Subscribe

These Terms explain how your NordVPN subscription works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. We’ve kept things as straightforward as possible. If anything is unclear, just reach out to us at support@noju.io - we’re happy to help.

By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Are

This page is run by NOJU LLC, NordVPN’s official distributor in Malaysia. We handle your subscription, billing, and support. This is not the official NordVPN website - for NordVPN’s own platform and services, please visit nordvpn.com.

3. Who Can Subscribe

This service is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old and holds an active Malaysian mobile account. By subscribing, you confirm that you are the registered holder of the mobile number being used for billing.

4. Your Subscription

4.1. What it costs

RM 6.25 per week, all taxes included. No hidden charges.

4.2. How billing works

Your weekly charge is applied to your mobile account - either deducted from your prepaid balance or added to your postpaid bill. It renews automatically every 7 days until you cancel.

4.3 Price changes

If the price ever changes, we’ll give you at least 7 days’ notice by SMS or email, so you always know what to expect.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1. Cancel anytime

There’s no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like through either of these:

  • Email: support@noju.io

  • Portal: noju.io/support

5.2. When it takes effect

You keep full access until the end of your current weekly period. No further charges after that.

5.3. Refunds

The current week’s charge isn’t refundable once applied - standard for digital subscriptions. If you think there’s been a billing error, email us at support@noju.io within 14 days and we’ll look into it.

6. Our Content

The logos, branding, and content on this page belong to NOJU LLC or its licensors (including NordVPN S.A.). You’re welcome to use the service for your own personal needs - just please don’t copy or redistribute our content without asking first.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep things running smoothly. Occasionally there may be brief interruptions for maintenance or unexpected technical reasons. We’ll always try to give you a heads-up before any planned downtime.

8. Our Liability

We stand behind this service. That said, to the extent permitted by Malaysian law, NOJU is not responsible for indirect losses - such as lost data or lost income - that may result from using or not being able to use the service. Your rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 always remain fully intact.

9. Your Privacy

We only collect what we need - your mobile number - to manage your subscription, process billing, and keep you updated on the service. We handle your data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and we never sell your information to anyone. To view, update, or delete your data, just contact us at support@noju.io.

10. Ending Your Access

You can cancel anytime (see Section 5). In rare cases of confirmed misuse, NOJU reserves the right to suspend or close access to the service. We’ll always try to handle such situations fairly and with proper notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you ever have a concern, please reach out to us first at support@noju.io - we genuinely want to resolve things together. If needed, disputes will be referred to the courts of Malaysia. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian law are not affected by anything in these Terms.

12. Updates to These Terms

If we update these Terms, we’ll notify you at least 7 days in advance by SMS or email. We’ll always be clear about what’s changing. Continuing to use the service after that means you’re comfortable with the update.
